PRESIDENT DEPARTS ON VISIT TO THINADHOO, SOUTH HUVADHU ATOLL

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has this morning departed on a visit to Thinadhoo Island of South Huvadhu Atoll.

During this tour, the President is scheduled to attend the ceremony held to mark the completion of several projects carried out in Thinadhoo.

The ceremony will mark the completion of road construction, Islamic Centre, “Aabaadhee Maizaan” Park, land reclamation & shore protection, construction of 120 housing units, and shore protection in the Baraasil area of Thinadhoo.
