Deputy Chief Of Mission And Minister Ms. Shazra Abdul Sattar Attends The Maldivian Student’s Graduation

On the evening of 18 March 2018, the Maldivian Student’s Association-Mysore, held its 7th Maldivian Student’s Graduation in Mysore extended an invitation to the Embassy requesting send a senior diplomat to attend as Chief Guest of the event.

On behalf of the Embassy, Ms. Shazra Abdul Sattar, Deputy Chief of Mission/Minister attended the event as Chief Guest.

DCM/Minister had handed over certificates to the graduates and addressed the gathering, congratulating the graduates and their families. She emphasized the importance for the graduates to serve the nation with loyalty for the development and the betterment of the nation. She also encouraged the students and families in Mysore, and in India to be in touch with and register at the Embassy, which would enable the Embassy to reach out and assist Maldivians in India during a crisis or a natural calamity.
